Establishing Indivudual Identity

This project explores the process of discovering and developing a personal brand identity centered around my last name, Rand. I approached the challenge by abstracting the name into a minimalist typographic symbol: “R&”. This pairing not only nods to the sound and structure of my name but also visually represents the idea of connection, collaboration, and flexibility—qualities I strive to bring to my creative work. Through iterative design exploration, I crafted a visual system that feels bold yet approachable, allowing for versatility across digital and print platforms. The ampersand acts as both a design element and a conceptual anchor, symbolizing openness and the potential for ideas to grow through partnership.
